SHELBURNE, N.S. – The hours for blood collection services are increasing by over two hours each weekday at Roseway Hospital. Starting Tuesday, February 1, blood collection services are expanding to:

• 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday (closed weekends and holidays)

Appointments are needed for outpatient blood collection services. Patients can book their own appointment for blood collection by calling toll-free 1-833-998-2722 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Unfortunately, you are not able to leave a message on this phone line. You can also book a blood collection appointment.

Please note, people coming for appointments in Nova Scotia Health facilities are required to wear a mask and will be screened when entering the facility. Please respect physical distancing and sanitize your hands often.
