The Land Use By-Law for the Town of Shelburne Schedule "A" has been amended for PID# 80143563 on King St. which is currently zoned partial Residential (R-1) and partial Commercial (C-1) to be zoned fully
Commercial.
It was passed after 2nd reading by Town Council on May 18th, 2021.
The Nova Scotia Municipal Government Act provides for the right of appeal of this decision. Appeals must be made to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (1-855-442-4448) or email board@novascotia.ca within fourteen (14) days of the publication of this notice.
