The Town of Shelburne has re-issued RFP TOS2026-004 for the lease, with an option to purchase, of the former Visitor Information Centre located at the corner of King Street and Dock Street. The Town is inviting proposals for innovative commercial uses that will activate this high-profile waterfront property and contribute to the vitality of downtown Shelburne.
The RFP has been re-issued following Council direction, with a substantially extended submission period and two optional site viewing opportunities for interested proponents. All other terms of the original RFP remain in effect.
