To help keep our little ghosts and goblins safe this Halloween, Mowatt Street (between Bulkley Street and Transvaal Street) will be temporarily closed on October 31st from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

Please use caution and watch for trick-or-treaters throughout Town during the evening. 👻🍬
