TAKE NOTICE that under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Part 6 and Amendments thereto, the following properties liable to be sold for arrears of rates, taxes and expenses due to the Town of Shelburne will be sold at Public Auction at The Shelburne Community Centre (Auditorium), 63 King Street, Shelburne, Nova Scotia on TUESDAY MARCH 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. unless said rates, taxes, interest and expenses are paid prior to said Auction.
Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. Please plan to arrive early and note all COVID-19 protocols will be followed. (I.e. contact tracing, masks, social distancing & proot of vaccination are mandatory).
