Noise Control By-law Amendment
**PUBLIC NOTICE**
The Town of Shelburne is amending its Noise Control By-Law to align with the new Road Trails By-Law. This new By-law permits Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs) to access designated streets, ensuring connectivity to the existing trail system within the Municipality.
Second reading of Noise Control By-law Amendment is March 3, 2025 in Council Chambers, 63 King Street.
